A legal disclaimer
All sales are final. Memberships, class packs, drop-in classes, retail purchases, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Memberships

Membership fees will not be refunded for unused classes, missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.

Founding Memberships are grandfathered at their original rate while active and in good standing. If canceled, the rate cannot be reinstated.

Membership cancellations must follow the studio’s cancellation policy and notice requirements.
Class Packs

Class packs do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Unused classes are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
Retail Purchases

Retail items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within a specified timeframe if unused and in original condition.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Special Circumstances

Requests related to medical conditions or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

Approved refunds, if any, may be subject to processing fees.
Schedule Changes

The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, pricing, or services without refund obligation.
