Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership, class pack, or attending classes, all members and guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

Memberships & Class Packs

Memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class packs do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Founding Membership rates are grandfathered and will remain at the original rate for as long as the membership remains active and in good standing. If a Founding Membership is canceled or terminated, the grandfathered rate may no longer apply.
Unused membership classes do not roll over unless otherwise specified.
Pricing and membership terms are subject to change at any time for non-grandfathered memberships.

Class Reservations & Cancellations

Advance booking is recommended as class sizes may be limited.
Cancellations must be made within the required cancellation window to avoid losing the class credit or incurring a late cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in forfeited class credits or additional charges.

Late Arrivals

For safety and class flow, late entry may not be permitted once class has started.
Members arriving late may forfeit their reserved spot.

Health & Safety

Members participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they are physically able to participate.
Members should consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.
The studio is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost, or stolen personal belongings.

Conduct

Respectful behavior toward staff and fellow members is expected at all times.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Membership Holds & Termination

Membership holds or freezes may be available upon request and subject to approval.
The studio reserves the right to cancel or suspend memberships for violation of policies or misconduct.

Media Release

Photos or videos taken during classes or events may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Changes to Schedule & Services

Class schedules, instructors, pricing, and services are subject to change without notice.
The studio reserves the right to cancel classes or modify operating hours as needed.

Agreement

By purchasing services or attending classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
